Date: 4/13/2010 School/Organization: HACAP Project Leader: Chad Spore Amount: $1,000 Description: The HACAP Activity Fund was put in place in 2009 and its function was to supply funding for children's activities to low income families. CR netWORK has guided a family to this fund earlier in the year. HACAP has also agreed to keep our grant separate for West side families and will report back to us the descriptions of families assisted to report back to the membership. HACAP is well equipped to find the families in need of this type of service.
