School/Organization: Westside Schools Project Leader: Kara Meiborg and Brian Christoffersen Amount: $5,000 Description: Last year in the ten Cedar Rapids Westside elementary schools nearly 2,000 or 59% of K-5 students qualified for Free/Reduced lunch. Every dollar raised directly benefits students who travel on a tour of colleges and universities.
