School/Organization: HACAP Project Leader: Selita Jansen/Chad Spore Amount: $3,000 Description: Daycare providers on the Westside have significantly decreased since the Flood of 2008. Prior to the flood there were 29 licensed in-home daycare providers on the Westside. As of March 2010 only 5 of those have recovered and are back providing care to families.

School/Organization: Taylor Elementary Project Leader: Rebecca Spore/Joyce Firzlaff Amount: $168.37 Description: The condition of the asphalt at Taylor School, unexpectedly required that it move up higher in the rotation for receiving it's 'once in every several years' asphalt sealant. Thus resulting in the US Playground Map at Taylor School to be covered and barely visible. Date: 8/24/2010

CR netWORK partnered with Physical Education teacher, Tom Hodges, to institute a golf program at Van Buren. |
