Date: 6/20/2011 School/Organization: Streamline Kids Project Leader: Brian Christoffersen Amount: $1,000 Description: Streamline Kids is requested a grant of $1,000 for use in Cedar Rapids Middle School Football League to be held at Wilson Middle School. The grant was used for Westside kids that qualify for free or reduced lunch – the Streamline Kids organization will be responsible for the screening of this financial need.
